The Fabric of custom sublimated Jacket
We mainly adopt Fabric #F, #W and #L for Jacket
#F-Peach Skin: It is 100% polyester 90gms peach skin with moisture-wicking properties. It has tight weave and so it can resists snagging. It is used for outside of sublimation Jacket.
#L: It is 100% polyester 165gms fleecing woven ablaze fabric. And it is very firmly and keeping warm for the body and used in the outside of sublimaed Jacket
#W: white/black, but it only can be used for lining
You can choose the fabric that you want as well.
Introduction of Technology-Dye Sublimation Printing
Sublimation is also known as dye sublimation printing and it is a versatile and digital printing method. It opens up a world of opportunities for garment creation and originality.
In fact, sublimation is the process of transferring dye to a fabric using heat. The image is printed on special paper placed on the garment and heat is applied, allowing the ink to become part of the fabric.
